Take the 72 Hour Challenge
You should do this in your first 72 hours of joining the business. You should also lead by example by doing the 72 hour challenge numerous times and then train your team members to do the same.
- Set up your system
- Add names to your warm market list
- Send 3 cards and 1 gift
- Successfully do a Gift Account Walkthrough, all three steps:
1) have someone watch the Opportunity Video (online or DVD)
2) have that same person then send a card
3) have that person review the 3 ways to get started
