Follow Up
SendOutCards has the most incredible follow-up system in the world. Use the system to follow up with your potential card-senders as well as your SendOutCards organization. This is an integral part of your success. When you follow up, it shows you care and strengthens your relationships. It reminds others of the SendOutCards opportunity and helps them understand how useful and enjoyable the system really is. Here are a few proven ways you can follow up with others.
Cards, or cards with gifts and inserts
Send a “thank you” card to the people with whom you share a gift account walkthrough. Send a SendOutCards DVD, Success From Home magazine, InTouch Journal newspaper insert, or a gift along with your “thank you” card. You can find these inserts in The Daily 8 Tools sections of the gifts. You’ll want to send your prospects heartfelt cards for holidays and birthdays as well. They will never forget your kind act and if they feel the need to join in the future, they’ll know where to find you.
Phone calls & emails
Though phone calls can be more effective when setting up an appointment, emails are a great way to keep up with a group of people who have shown some interest in SendOutCards but have not yet joined. A weekly or monthly newsletter updating everyone about your life and showcasing how you’ve been using SendOutCards can be a fun way to remind people of what you do. Make sure you’ve followed up with a card before you follow up with email!
Card Campaigns
Using a series of sincere cards to introduce others to SendOutCards is very effective. In your SendOutCards system, you can set up a series of cards to go out on a predetermined schedule. Always leave your contact information and follow up with a call or email once the campaign ends.
A sample campaign might include:
First Card: A “thank you for your time” or “nice meeting you” card that you’ve personalized using PicturePlus™.
Second Card: A friendly “keeping in touch” card with some brownies or another gift.
Third Card: A card introducing them to how SendOutCards can benefit them, along with the Opportunity DVD or a Success From Home magazine.
Set Reminders
Use the system to set reminders for you to send followup cards, call and email prospects.
Downline Coaching
Don’t chase distributors who aren’t active. Spend your time with team members who show up at team calls, do gift account walkthroughs, and call you for help.
Customer Upgrades
Call them to check in. Send them a quarterly card. Offer training webinars, especially right before the holidays. During these, you can mention upgrades and all possible levels.
