Our number one goal is to help you become a Success Unit. To advance in the business, you have to sponsor three people. You need to teach your three people how to build Success Units. You become a Success Unit  only one time. After that, your job is to help those you sponsor to become a Success Unit. A great sponsor will get with the new representative and say “You and me let’s go get three.”
